Company overview

Oriental VisArt is an interactive place where Asia and Europe meet to communicate effectively through Art. Oriental VisArt is an Art Management

Company located in Geneva. It has online communities at www.oriental-visart.com and www.oriental-visart.ch.

These communities were established by specialised Art Marketing Consultants and PR specialists to remove the geographical and psychological distances between Asian Artists and the Galleriests and People who are involved in managing Art in Europe. It has been difficult for them to communicate, due to a lack of channels, a lack of updated information and the sheer distance.

These communities aim to provide varied information concerning competitions, residency programmes, events, sponsorship etc in Europe so that young talented Asian Artists can have opportunities to participate in these events without having to actually visit Europe. Galleries in Europe can also receive information about Asian Artists and their work via our communities and we are there to respond promptly to their enquiries.

We aim to promote the works of Asian member Artists through strategic marketing tools and effective communication channels which are sourced from China, India, Korea and Japan and then integrate them for display purposes in Europe.

The online community is designed for European Galleriests and the people involved in the Arts in Europe. The members can receive information on a regular basis and non members can receive general information.

The online site has a page for the Artists categorised by alphabet, genres and nationality so that visitors are able to find them easily.

The page of Artist of the week introduces an Artist and his/her work images so that visitors can familiarise themselves with new Artists and get more details on him/her.

Asia news contains reviews of exhibitions in Asia, events news and Art Fairs in Asia so that the European Galleriests and people who are interested in Asian Arts can have access to the latest news.

Win-win strategy with Asian galleries

The Gallery W, X, Y and Z are potential names and they have a cooperating relationship with Oriental VisArt so we could have exhibitions in four cities on a regular basis.

Also the Gallery W, X, Y and Z can have a chance to show their Artists in Geneva with the full support of the location, equipment and network in Geneva. It would be based on a win-win strategy and we aim to build up a partnership globally.

Artist Residency in Jeju, Korea

Artist Residency in Jeju, Korea

We are planning to establish an Artist Residency on the Jeju Island in Korea which was selected as a UNESCO World Heritage in 2007, by 2012 that accepts the mixed members; and selected sponsors. Selected members can stay there with support from us and explore their philosophy of Art. The place will be located in a calm area and surrounded by preserved nature so that the Artists can concentrate on their works and maximise their experience.
